Supply Chain Coordinator

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Supply Chain Manager by executing the day-to-day operational tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our supply chain. Your focus will be on accurate order placement, efficient management of open purchase orders, and maintaining up-to-date supply chain information in our systems.
Your role requires close collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and the Supply Chain Manager to ensure stock availability, timely delivery, and the effective resolution of any order-related issues. You will also oversee key operational reports and assist in maintaining an efficient supply chain process aligned with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Use NetSuite to place orders for items needed at the Andover location.
- Expedite and manage open purchase orders, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Receive and verify order confirmations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Reporting and Monitoring:
- Oversee the sales Backorder report and Stock Infill report, ensuring these are authorized and actioned appropriately.
- Monitor and manage interbranch transfers to support sales fulfilment.
- Update supply chain information in the NetSuite system as needed, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to address operational challenges and streamline processes.
- Support other departments in fulfilling customer needs and achieving operational goals.
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the company Directors.
