Q: When dId you join strukta & what was your first role?
I joined back in February 2015 as an agency driver.
Q: What are you doing now?
Alongside my Operations Manager Role, I am also responsible for Health & Safety & often get involved with Recruitment!
Q: Favourite thing about your role?
Improving processes and helping others develop.

June 2018 as Trade Store Assistant – I am now a Trade Store Team Leader!
Q: What drives you in your role?
Bringing my passion for store standards and merchandising to the trade stores and helping them build and improve on the new store layout vision.
