Ongoing pressure on raw materials, energy, and transport costs continues to impact our supply chain, and a number of suppliers have now confirmed further increases which we are unable to absorb.
As many of you will already have received notifications from lintel manufacturers, Birtley and Catnic have confirmed June price adjustments, with others expected to follow shortly. Price adjustments in the steel lintel market are infrequent - the last change was in 2022 - but sustained cost pressures now make this increase unavoidable.

We have taken every effort to absorb the rising costs during March and although some suppliers have raised prices from April, we are wherever possible holding off on increases until May to give you time to plan ahead.
From 5th May 2026, price increases will apply across most of our product ranges, as shown in the table.
