Application is made to strukta Group Limited for credit facilities to be granted to the undersigned. A copy of the Conditions of Sale of strukta Group Limited has been reviewed, and it is understood that these Conditions of Sale and any future amendments thereto, shall govern any contract with them for the purchase of goods. Any credit facility is at the discretion of strukta Group Limited and can be reviewed at any point. Full payment is due 30 days from the end of invoice month.

In processing your application for credit facilities, we may make enquiries of credit reference agencies who may record those enquiries. We may also disclose information about the conduct of your account with us to credit reference agencies. The information obtained from or provided to credit reference agencies may be used when assessing further applications for credit terms, or debt collections, for tracing and for fraud protection.
