What are your opening hours?

Our trade stores are open 06:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. We are closed on bank holidays. You can find your nearest store on our find us page.


Are you open at weekends?

Our trade stores are open 06:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. struktaHUB allows you to place orders online at anytime.


How can I pay for my goods?

We accept all major payment methods. If you'd like to discuss account options, visit our accounts page or contact us.


Do I have to have an account, and how do I get one?

You don't need a credit account to buy from us - you can pay as you go. That said, a trade account is a good idea as it allows us to offer you the best pricing for your business and the option to pay monthly. Contact any of our trade stores or head office to get set up.


Can I make purchases online?

struktaHUB allows you to place orders online, access your account details and view your specific rates. You can also pay your account and review previous purchases and invoices.


How do I get set up with an online account?

Visit the struktaHUB page and follow the link to request access. We'll aim to get you set up within two working days.


I need delivery at a specific time - is that possible?

While we can't guarantee timed deliveries on our own fleet, we'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Timed delivery is available via third-party couriers, and we'll quote for those services individually. Find out more about our delivery options.


When will I get my order?

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and business closures. Order by 5pm by phone or by 6:30pm via struktaHUB for next working day delivery on in-stock items. While delivery times can't be guaranteed, we'll provide an estimated time and tracking link on the morning of delivery where available.


Will you bring my items onto the building site for me?

Our drivers will do everything possible to deliver your goods exactly where you need them on site.


How do I know when I will get my order?

We'll agree a delivery date with you, and on the day of delivery you'll receive a text message with further details and a live tracking link so you can follow the driver's progress as they get closer to you. Find out more about our delivery service.


Can you deliver the same day?

It may be possible depending on your location and what you need. Get in touch and we'll do our best to help.


Do you offer plot packing for lintels?

Yes. We'll pack your lintels into plots, securely banded, to make life on site as straightforward as possible. Find out more about our site management and call-off services.
